Extending Hanley Ramirez's deal was a great great move by the Marlins. The marlins are a very good team and over the next two years will be one of the best in the NL, Ramirez is the best player in the NL and might be the best player in all of baseball. Finally the marlins seem to have found a player to start to build around and keep after letting so many other stars go. A very promising step for a team that has a ton to look forward to int he future. Now if only fans will start going to the games!
